Hyo Cloud Disinfectant Solution Concentrate is a highly effective, non-oxidizing disinfectant
specially formulated for use on cleaned surfaces in the sectors where biocidal activity is
required like pharmaceutical, medical device industries and hospitals.
Hyo Cloud Disinfectant Solution Concentrate is based on an optimized blend of
glutaraldehyde and
quaternary ammonium compound (QAC) in aqueous solution. It has been extensively tested
in
the laboratory and in-use, and shown to have broad-spectrum activity against bacteria,
fungi
and viruses.
Hyo Cloud Disinfectant Solution Concentrate is designed as a terminal disinfectant for use
after
surfaces have been thoroughly cleaned and rinsed. It is recommended for use in
pharmaceutical,
medical devices industries and hospitals.
Hyo Cloud Disinfectant Solution Concentrate is designed and suitable for soak, spray and
fogging
application.
Effectiveness of Hyo Cloud (In Vitro Aqueous Testing)
To show that Hyo Cloud is effective against other microorganisms, the following in
vitro tests were performed using a 4.0% solution of Hyo Cloud. All tests were done
on aqueous test solutions at 20°C.
Hyo Cloud possesses a bactericidal activity in 5 minutes at room temperature (22°C)
under clean conditions (0.03% bovine albumin) for
Staphylococcus aureus,
Enterococcus hirae,
Escherichia coli and
Pseudomonas aeruginosa when diluted at
